Barre Pilates is a fantastic, low impact, slow paced class providing many benefits:

Strengthens muscles in legs, ankles and feet

Improves pelvic floor muscle control

Improves core strength

Improves Balance
Sessions are 45 minutes duration with a warm up and cool down incorporated.

These classes are currently only available online (via Zoom) and are timetabled in 6 week blocks (please check timetable)

No special equipment is required and sessions are performed in gym gear with socked feet.
