Summer Timetable Changes


With the school summer holidays now upon us it's time to get your diaries out and make sure you're up to date with any class closures and changes over the coming weeks.

Here's how things look........

Week Commencing 23rd July 2018

All classes running as usual this week except pilates courses which have broken up for the summer. Please note that on Tuesday 24th however we have a pay as you go session of pilates suitable for regulars wanting a 'summer fix' or those wanting a 'taster session'. Details below:

Mon 23rd:

Zumba @ St Columbas Church, 6.30pm

Tues 24th:

Weight loss support, 9.30am and Burn 'n' Firm, 10.15am @ St Columbas Church

11.15am-12.15pm MIXED ABILITY PILATES @ ST COLUMBAS CHURCH. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. SUITABLE FOR REGULARS OR NEW. £6 PAYG. ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED.

Wed 25th:

Fitsteps @ 1.30pm, All Saints Church

Weight loss support, 6pm and Body Blast, 6.30pm @ Upton United Reformed Church

Thurs 26th:

Run/Walk Club Meeting @ 9.30am (venue TBC)

Fitsteps @ Upton Community Hall, 6.30pm

All Classes going ahead EXCEPT ZUMBA and Pilates Blocks! Look out for the 2nd PAYG pilates session though...........

11.15am - 12.15pm 1st session of 6 week block of Pilates @ St Columbas Church - Booking required

1.30-2.30pm 1st session of 6 week block of Pilates @ Hoole Community Centre - Booking Required
